SERVICES
I work primarily as a Feldenkrais practitioner, although I naturally draw on my experience as a physiotherapist and rehabilitation consultant. I am committed to helping people learn to move more easily and improve their ability. I work with both adults and children, with people who have chronic pain, neurological, learning or movement difficulties, as well as with performers and athletes. Under the auspices of MindfulBody, I also incorporate the Feldenkrais Method in health promotion workshops for organisations, and public workshops.
