REMEDIAL MASSAGE

Remedial massage is used to treat any muscular dysfunction or injury due to postural/repetitive strain and overuse of muscles/ligaments. It is a style of massage that incorporates trigger point, myofascial release and deep tissue techniques to help the body/muscles repair themselves and recover. Useful for any aches/pains headaches and back pain or soft tissue injuries.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE

Lymphatic drainage massage is useful for post injury recovery and general toxic build up due to stress, toxicity and unhealthy diet. It is a deeply relaxing treatment that involves a very light massage which effects the lymphatic system and kick starts it to remove toxicity through the lymph ducts and the body’s organs. Will feel you leaving extremely relaxed and clear headed.

RELAXATION/THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

Relaxation massage is just that a very relaxing and therapeutic massage which uses Swedish massage techniques to induce relaxation and helpful for poor sleep patterns and general wellbeing. Will leave you feeling completely relaxed, rejuvenated and with a sense of balance.

REIKI

Reiki is a Japanese (Usui) healing technique which is an energy modality, it is very gentle and non invasive, helpful for stress and emotional states to bring back a sense of balance and harmony into the body, mind and spirit. A fantastic treatment when combined with massage too.
