Offering Oncology Massage - an extremely light massage designed specifically for those travelling through cancer treatment or recovering from it.
Oncology massage is a wonderful, positive experience that will assist you to relax, to find yourself in a peaceful place away from the stress, pain and anxiety which often is the experience of those living with cancer. Anecdotal evidence shows that it can lower levels of stress, pain, nausea, depression, fatigue and anxiety. Some find they sleep better and are able to cope more easily with daily demands. All massages are adjusted to the client’s individual needs, taking into account his/her medical treatment, energy and pain levels. It is a time for renewal – a time to forget all that is going on around you – a time “just for you”. $65.00 - 1 hour treatment

Relaxation Massage - which improves blood and lymph circulation, enhances oxygen supplies to the cells and tissues, increases the body’s ability to fight infection, eliminates toxins and assists in draining excess fluid. Beneficial in relieving aching and tight muscles resulting from work pressures and the stress of daily life. Lymphatic Drainage -The lymphatic system is the body’s front line of defence in fighting infection, eliminating toxins and excess fluid. Fatigue, stress, emotional shock are just some of life’s experiences that can interrupt our natural flow of lymph. When this happens our immune system is unable to work as effectively as it should. A lymphatic drainage massage encourages the lymph to move more freely around the body assisting the lymph nodes to clean and eliminate waste and toxins. Other benefits are the removal of excess fluid, e.g. lymphoedema and pregnancy oedema, assisting headache and sinus discomfort, preparing the body for surgery as well as post-surgery discomfort and bruising. Clients remain fully clothed during a Reiki treatment which is a most relaxing experience connecting mind, body and spirit to enhance well-being giving you the benefits of healing and renewed energy. $50 – 1 hour treatment
Pregnancy Massage - a specialised, nurturing massage for mums-to-be to assist in alleviating tension placed on your body while carrying your unborn babe. As your body adjusts in shape your skeletal muscles and ligaments are called upon to provide extra support. A massage during this special time helps to relieve this tension on your body. It also assists in keeping your body supple in preparation for your birthing experience and helps to increase your fitness level assisting you to return to optimal health after the birth of your little one. If your body is in need of pampering during your pregnancy this massage is a must.

Infant Massage – let me teach you a routine that will connect both yourself and your bub emotionally and provide physical and intellectual stimulation for your little one. Incorporating massage into your baby’s daily routine provides the benefits of both calming and stimulating their body through their sensory receptors and has the benefits of a beautiful, bonding experience for you both. $65 – 1 hour treatment
Hot Rocks Massage – having a hot rocks massage provides you with an experience of warmth, relaxation and serenity. The hot rocks are heated to a safe, regulated temperature. Some larger stones are placed on your body which assists the muscles to relax while the therapist uses smaller heated stones to massage the remainder of your body. This is a massage to spoil yourself with. $80 - 1½ hour treatment
