The Gift in Your Name

It is ancient knowledge that each letter of the alphabet gives off unique vibrations. When people say your name you are receiving these vibrations, unconsciously. How is your Name Mantra Made?

• Karen will establish your birth note key from your information.
• She will ask for guidance from ‘upstairs’ through a short meditation using your photograph, which you can send elecronically or via the post or via an internet facebook link etc. This will bring in sounds, chords, themes, and an overall feeling and mood for your mantra.
• Next, in the recording studio, she will begin recording the track which will last approximately 5 minutes in length, using your preferred chosen names.

Vibe Yoga

I am very excited to be teaching Vibe Yoga, which I trained in whilst in the UK. This is yoga with a difference. With a focus on vibration, energy awareness, great music and special holding postures you can release stress, overcome fatigue and enhance your wellbeing. This will run at 8pm on Tuesday evenings. I am so excited about this yoga because:

a) everyone can do it
b) it always gives me energy - (I encourage chronic fatigue sufferers to try this!)
c) it helps with physical, mental and emotional energy
d) It helps develop personal power

Important:
Before you can attend any group class, you will need to book a preparatory session in order to have some of the key principles & activities of this Yoga explained to you, and to be introduced to 5 key energy postures. This preparatory session is essential for your benefit. Appointments can be made as a one to one or with a friend and are $20 per person. Please call the number below to arrange an appointment before the first class starts. It will be great to have you on board!
