Career Counselling
Many people are working in jobs they don’t enjoy, or are not suited to their needs. To be fulfilled in your work it is important to look at your needs and what makes you happy. Many of us have an inkling of what will fulfil us but often believe that we can not get it or there is not work available that will make us happy.
Career Counselling will help you to:-
- Clarify your career goals
Get to know yourself and the things that will fulfil you in work by working through a comprehensive process, including the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator MBTI®
- Analyse the belief systems that may be preventing you from getting what you want.
One commonly held belief in our society is that we cannot do what we love and make the money we want to make. You will have the opportunity to look at your beliefs that might be standing in the way of you getting what you want, to challenge these beliefs and shift them, so that you can move ahead.
- Develop an action plan in order to achieve your goals.
Career Counselling and Planning will enable you to gain an understanding of your basic needs in relation to work and gain the most satisfaction from your career. Career Counselling will support you in discovering your life path, creating your ideal career and bringing your dreams into reality by finding work that you love
