Children respond very well to (waking) hypnosis and counselling. By utilising their rich imagination with fun exercisies, specifically designed activities and games we are able to anchor postive resources and create a platform for growth and development.
With very young children 5-12 years, we use 'waking hypnosis' using imagination through games incorporating appropriate language to facilitate change.
With older children 12-17 years, we incorporate light trance work and imagination to create positive change.

Negative emotions such as jelousy and insecurity or even feelings of obsession can cripple an individual emotionally, creating much difficulty in relationships with friends, family and lovers.
Perhaps we have formed unhealthy co-dependant connections that have stemmed from unhealthy patterns in childhood that we would like to heal and clear.
At times we may experience the loss of a loved one through death or divorce, hypnosis can help provide support through the natural greiving process.
