HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy is a safe, relaxing and effective tool in facilitating positive change with many types of issues. Often our mental distress is result of incidences, thoughts or emotions that have been suppressed and have lodged in our subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy enables you to access and release unwanted behavioral patterns or habits, thus allowing your subconscious to accept new positive suggestions and the development of new skills that enhance your life.
What happens under hypnosis?
Many people often confuse hypnotherapy with stage hypnotism, which is used for entertainment, where seemingly the subjects have no control over what they are doing. This does not happen when a person has a hypnotherapy session.
When under hypnosis your mind is in a passive, relaxed, day dream state, which allows easier accessing of your subconscious mind. You are aware of your surroundings, what is being said and you are able to speak at anytime if you wish. You may end the hypnotic state at anytime, it is your choice.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION

Sekhem’s energy compliments and enhances conventional and alternative therapies and importantly can be used to prevent dis-ease. It is in the auric field where discordant emotional and mental patterns begin, which may eventually manifest in the physical body as dis-ease. Sekhem’s energy works at the cellular level and supports the body’s natural self healing process. A Sekhem treatment is a wonderful way to take you to a place beyond the mind. SEKHEM CLASSES
In these informative and fun two day workshops, you will learn what Sekhem energy is, it’s techniques and it’s origins. This lays a firm foundation for gaining a deeper understanding of this amazing energy, and how it can be used in so many ways in everyday life. You will also experience a greater heart and spiritual connection, accessing a deeper awareness and understanding of yourself and the world around you. In doing this workshop you will learn how to give a therapeutic session on other people as well as yourself, discovering your own innate gifts and abilities.
There are four levels to learn Sekhem.
Level 1, Level 2, Advanced, Master , then if wishing to teach, Master/ Teacher
