I am a mother of 5 children and all of them are highly sports oriented. Whilst massaging my children I realised the lack of education we have had on the importance of correct body care, management, and regular massage. Sporting injuries and changes due to stress and general tightness of muscles, through the repetitiveness with what we do in our everday routines, changes our posture through the muscles and tendons tightening.
Muscles and tendons become tight, pulling on the alignment of our bone structures and causes changes to the alignment of our posture as we mature.
I have a strong passionate need to help release the stresses of everday lifestyle changes and help to heal your bodys balance.
