- Remedial Massage; is used to treat soft tissue injuries, whiplash, headaches, posture correction, back pain and general aches. Throughout this massage I will be in constant communication with you to ensure the pressure used is not too hard or too soft. Unbearable pain should never be experienced. The belief that it has to hurt to do you good is not something is true.
- Sports and deep tissue massage; is also used to treat soft tissue injuries, whiplash, headaches, posture correction, back pain and general aches. Throughout this massage your therapist will be in constant communication with you to ensure the pressure used is not too hard or too soft. This massage will gradually get to the deeper muscles within the body become firmer as we work.
- Pregnancy Massage; Here at Kindred Health we have a massage table designed specifically to cater for our pregnant woman. Some pregnant women can experience sciatic pain when their baby is positioned on the sciatic nerves, sending pain into the lower back and or down the legs. Relief can be found with the use of massage.
- Swedish and relaxation massage; is a great way to manage stress and promote relaxation. When you’re relaxed your organs and tissues relax, which increases oxygen and nutrient rich blood flow, improving your general wellbeing.
