She has demonstrated expertise in acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, moxibustion, Traditional Chinese Remedial Massage and Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine.
Dr Kirstey Holland's solutions are well considered and proven to be effective. Your first session with Dr Kirstey Holland will involve a discussion of your medical history as well as other factors including diet and lifestyle habits. This is followed by the Traditional Chinese Medicine consultation. Once all modalities have been considered, Dr Holland will explain your health concern to you from a modern medicine and Chinese medicine perspective. A Chinese medicine treatment plan will then be prescribed and explained to you.
Dr Holland aims to help you to find balance in your system so your body, mind and spirit are as one. A treatment plan generally involves acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicines which are tailored to your health needs and requirements.
The frequency and duration of the treatment plan will depend on your condition. For acute problems Dr Holland may recommend 1 to 3 sessions per week of acupuncture. For chronic problems it could be up to two sessions per month for visible results.
Initial consultation: $ 105 (90mins)
Return consultation: $ 85 (60 mins)
Short return consultation: $ 65 (45mins)

Parking
Clinic 107 can be easily accessed via both public transport and car.
The number 8 tram from Flinders Street stops nearby. Alight at stop number 121.
The Clinic is situated very close to the corner of Edward Street & Lygon Street.
There is all day parking on the north side of Edward Street, and 2hr parking on the South Side of Edward Street. Please enter the clinic via: Lady Lola Hair Studio (on the ground floor). Say a quick hi to Eleonor & Kate and they will show you upstairs.
If Lady-Lola should be closed, please use the alternative entrance in the laneway in Edward Street.
To find the alternate entrance, head North on Lygon Street (with the city behind you), pass the fish & chip shop on your left and turn left into Edward Street (Gingerlee - a great café - is located on the crn of Lygon & Edward St) . Turn left into the first laneway. Clinic 107 can be accessed via the last roller door in the lane way on the left. Please press the buzzer located to the left of the door (marked level 1, clinic 107). Dr Kirstey Holland will then open it for you.
