The desire to have a baby of your own is a very intense one. Many people find instead of living their lives they are focused solely on achieving success with conception and then, once joyfully pregnant, they soon become consumed with worrying about the viability of the pregnancy.
When you have had trouble with fertility you may feel like the world is full of glowing, pregnant women who have not had any trouble conceiving or holding a pregnancy. The truth is you are not alone. 1 in 6 couples now experience difficulty with fertility and are struggling with the same feelings of despair. This is a very anxious journey only really understood by those who have been through it themselves. .
It is possible to improve your fertility, achieve success and have a happy and healthy pregnancy. You can finally see your body changing and delight in feeling your baby’s first movements even if you have been having trouble conceiving or carrying your baby to term.
In order to achieve success in conceiving and holding a pregnancy your body needs to be receptive to fertility. Hormones need to be balanced, and the health of you and your partner needs to be in optimum condition. Even if you are following an IVF cycle your chances of success are greater when there is focus on improving you and your partner’s general health.
I have helped many couples conceive and enjoy the journey of pregnancy, the power of birthing and the delight of a newborn. I work with men to increase the viability and health of their sperm and women to improve their fertility, manage and even improve their health during pregnancy and have a happy, healthy baby.
My happy clients have included women over 40; women with conditions such as Endometriosis and PCOS; and women with a history of miscarriage. I have also helped many couples that do not have specific fertility issues to improve their general health so that women can enjoy a healthy pregnancy and deliver a healthy baby.
I am a fully qualified Acupuncturist specialising in fertility and pregnancy. I also focus strongly on dietary, nutrition and lifestyle advice to help you achieve your goal.
And, I have been down the infertility road and through this have an intimate understanding of what works. I now have a healthy son. I enjoyed my pregnancy and had an empowering, positive birthing experience.
