ABOUT YOUR PRACTITIONER:
Sarina is a fully qualified and registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbal Medicine Practitioner. She has completed a double degree in Chinese Medicine and Human Biology. In her final year of study she travelled to China whereby she undertook a Clinical Internship. This provided her with further knowledge and experience in a clinical setting. During her study she also gained experience in treating patients with Acupuncture in the Emergency Department at the Northern Hospital in Epping. Prior to studying Chinese Medicine she completed Physical Education whereby she gained invaluable knowledge about the mechanics of the body and how we can maintain it's equilibrium.

Sarina uses concentrated powdered herbs and pills so that it is more convenient for you and your busy lifestyle.
CUPPING: Cupping involves glass cups of various sizes placed on areas of the body where there is tension or stagnation. The cups create a focused vacuum and aim to "draw" out stagnation to the surface and so regulate the flow of energy (Qi) and blood.
DIET THERAPY: Diet Therapy involves an in depth enquiry into diet and lifestyle and how these can be modified to achieve your desired outcomes to create a healthy mind and body.
