SERVICES
Kylie works from home in Epping, and also at the T1 Norwest Medical Practice, 122/14 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista.

Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage technique leaves the body feeling supple, and is beneficial for muscular aches and pains, insomnia, some back problems, de-stressing and boosting the immune system.

Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage will soften the muscles and increase the mobility of your joints that have become tight, stiff and contracted. It is beneficial for relieving stress, tension, back pain, headaches or muscular problems.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage is specifically tailored for the expectant mother's needs. It can reduce stress, decrease swelling in the arms and legs, and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints, particularly in the back. It will boost energy levels, assist with sleeping, increase circulation and most importantly leave the mother and baby with a feeling of well-being.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is of benefit not only to athletes, but also to anyone who exercises. Sports massage can often be quite strenuous and is meant to relieve and reduce the stress and tension that can build up within the body’s soft tissues while exercising.

Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic massage is designed to stimulate the lymph’s circulation in order to speed up the removal of waste from the body. This treatment relaxes the nervous system and aids the body’s immune response. It involves the use of gentle, rhythmic strokes and pumping movements towards the direction of the lymph nodes on the body.

La Stone Massage Therapy
This treatment is the ultimate stress reliever. A deeply relaxing full body massage using basalt (hot) and marble (cold) stones. Beneficial for relaxation and de-stressing, migraines, PMT, insomnia, muscular aches and pains, back problems and more.

Infant Massage
Parents everywhere are discovering the benefits of infant massage: improved sleep, relieving colic and tummy pains, strengthen the immune system, promotes optimal brain development, enhances the bonding process, relaxing and soothing the parent and baby. This four week course includes all safety aspects, oils, pressure, rate, rhythm, respect, baby's body language, relaxation, and parent empowerment.

Additional treatments

Foot Bath and Massage
A relaxing warm foot soak followed by a foot scrub and massage with
moisturiser.

Facial Massage
A relaxing facial massage that includes cleanse, exfoliant, mask and moisturiser.
