I started working with Lady At Bay in 2003. During this time I have been a therapist, a senior therapist, salon manager and now General Manager.
I took long service leave in 2008 to do some further training and returned as General Manager and Executive Trainer in May of 2009.
Before studying beauty therapy I was a teacher for 14 years; I have applied this experience in implementing both staff and client education programs, which I believe are critical features in achieving the best results.
50% of our staff members are university educated, so I was particularly happy recently when I was told by the NSW Training Manager for Pevonia Botanica that our staff ask questions at a much more advanced level than other therapists who go to them for training. In addition we constantly receive positive client feedback about the knowledgeability of our staff; and this is something in which I take great pride.
I love working with Lady At Bay for a number of reasons. I know our staff are so well-trained and knowledgeable, that our clients receive a higher level of expertise and experience than they can get anywhere else. We are constantly improving on and developing new treatments and I’m a huge fan of the new “Forever Young” treatment, which I’ve been having.
I’m very excited about our upcoming expansion as it means we can offer the same great Lady At Bay experience to so many more new clients!

As a Senior Advanced Skin Therapist, I do every type of treatment… not just one specific treatment, although I do have my favourites…. I love doing the Facelift in an Hour™ non-surgical facelift as I’ve changed people’s lives with the phenomenal results of this treatment. That makes me so happy - seeing my clients happy and looking beautiful.
