MODALITIES:

ACUPUNCTURE:
The human body has over 500 acupuncture points which lie along the meridians. Meridians are pathways where energy and blood flow. With the use of acupuncture needles, the points are stimulated enabling energy and blood to flow freely, restoring balance and harmony in the physical, emotional and mental well-being of the individual.

HERBAL MEDICINE:
Herbal prescriptions can be either in the form of decoction using raw herbs, powders, granules or tablets. Herbs promote balance in the body systems and aid in healing when the body is not in a state of ease and wellness.

FACIAL VITALITY ACUPUNCTURE:
The gentle stimulation of acupuncture points on the face with the use of special acupuncture needles revitalizes energy and blood flow to the face. Simultaneous application of distal acupressure and acupuncture on the legs and feet improves the general feeling of well-being.

EYE HEALTH MAINTENANCE:
Healthy eyes are one of the most important aspects of better living. With gentle acupuncture treatments, eye exercises and dietary support, vision concerns can be addressed and improved eye health can be maintained.

DERMATOLOGY:
It is said that "beauty is skin-deep". Acupuncture and herbal medicine are more than that. These modalities address the inner causes of skin problems and assist in the maintenance of healthy skin.

DIETARY THERAPY:
The principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine dietary therapy are eating according to the seasons, using food for nourishment to prevent illness, and maintain an individual’s state of well-being.

MOXIBUSTION:
Moxibustion is warming an acupuncture point using the herb, mugwort. The warmth releases any tightness or stagnation that causes pain, and improves blood circulation and energy.

CUPPING:
Cupping is the use of suction cups and massage to release stagnant energy and blood flow that can create internal blockages and pain.
