Who we Are?
Andrew Scown
Andrew studied podiatry in New Zealand, graduating in 1992, and received an Award for Excellence in diagnosis, orthotic design and manufacture. He has worked in numerous multi-discipline clinics and sports medicine centres both in Australia and New Zealand. Andrew established Lane Cove Foot Clinic in 2000 and has just established The Foot Group in Brookvale. Andrew is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association, Australasian Academy of Sports Medicine and Sports Medicine Australia.
Mike Curtin
Mike's first degree was a Bachelor of Education majoring in human movement and health education at the University of Sydney. After a number of years of teaching and coaching rowing professionally, Mike returned to study a Bachelor of Applied Science in Podiatry at the University of Western Sydney. After working in a variety of clinical settings throughout New South Wales, Mike joined Lane Cove Foot Clinic in January 2008.
Emma Notley
Emma studied podiatry in Sydney graduating in 1993. She has worked at Royal North Shore Hospital Podiatry Department, Greenwich Hospital and a number of practices in Sydney. In 2004 she completed a postgraduate diploma in wound management through Monash University. Emma is currently studying in Clinical Laser Therapy for Musculoskeletal Conditions, Pain and Wound Healing.
Jennifer Mackintosh
Jennifer completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Podiatry at the University of Western Sydney in 2007. She has worked as a podiatrist on Sydney's Northern Beaches and joined Lane Cove Foot Clinic in early 2010.
