Term 2 runs from Tue 29 March through until Thur 16 Jun, with one week off over the Easter period.

TUESDAY mornings 7 - 8am
Upbeat and energising. This early-morning class means you'll start your day feeling great.
RELAX & UNWIND (East Melbourne)
THURSDAY evenings 6 - 7pm
Slow down, de-stress and reconnect. This restorative evening class is the perfect way to unwind from a busy day.

Work can be stressful! Long work hours can have a negative impact on health and wellbeing and regular yoga at work is a great way to bring balance to a busy life.

- promotes work-life balance and a positive workplace
- yoga is great fun and excellent team-building!
If you have a good-sized room (preferably carpeted) and enough willing participants why not bring yoga into your workplace?
Workplace classes are the most convenient and cost-effective way to enjoy regular yoga. We come to you, all you need to do is show up!
Sessions can be 45-60 minutes duration.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
STARTER PACKAGE - 4-session starter package, usually $300 is now $260.
Private sessions are the best way to get the most out of your yoga.
Sessions can be held in your own home or office and Leanne will shape the sessions around your own personal needs and goals.
Private sessions are ideal if:- you're strapped for time and need some balance
- you don't get much out of group classes
- you're a couple, a house-bound mum, or a small group of friends
- you're recovering from an injury or illness.
