WELCOME TO MIND-YOGA (AUST) KUNDALINI YOGA MEDITATION CLASSES/COURSES
Meditation is simply focusing the mind within. Mind-Yoga Kundalini Yoga Meditation utilizes time-honoured practice techniques, learnt under master guidance, in order that the mind naturally turns within, and finally comes to rest in itself, it's original state, a state of 'perfect stillness'. 'Perfect stillness' of mind is accompanied by an awakening of a great inner energy (kundalini), causing every cell in the body to vibrate with ecstatic joy, and the heart to overflow with love. You know your self for the very first time. It is the mission of Mind-Yoga (Aust) to bring 'direct inner experience' through meditation, to as many people as possible.
WHAT IS KUNDALINI YOGA MEDITATION?
KUNDALINI YOGA MEDITATION is the most ancient and esoteric tradition of yoga practice, therefore, it is the least known, and the most easily misunderstood. Kundalini Yoga Meditation, as the name implies, is a combination of both physical (yoga) and mental (meditation) practice techniques. The practice format comprises a systemic combination of simple body postures (asanas), physiological locks (bandhas), seals (mudras), breath regulations (pranayamas), mental concentrations (dharanas), and absorption practices (dhyanas).
The aim of the above practices is to 'awaken' us to inner consciousness. The process of this 'awakening', in traditional terms, is called, 'the awakening of kundalini'. The 'awakening' of kundalini is accompanied by profound ecstacy, peace and inner joy. It heralds the beginning of one's personal spiritual journey.
