The emphasis of this program is to assist you in establishing and maintaining a consistent exercise habit. To maintain long term habits and behaviours, we must uncover your underlying reasons for exercising rather than just look and feel better. Long term motivation is usually linked to your beliefs, values and vision in terms of who you are and where you want to be. This program will assist you to release any negative beliefs, mindsets and self sabotaging behaviour and help you to develop a true passion for eating well, staying physically fit and active and achieve positive and long lasting nutritional, health and lifestyle results.
This program can be utilized weekly or fortnightly depending on your goals and services include: Face to Face, Skype or Email.

My lifelong passion for health, fitness and wellbeing and an innate desire to help others lead me to start my Personal Training business over ten years ago. Throughout this time, I have inspired, motivated and educated my clients to make a lifelong commitment to their health and wellbeing.
Although I have empowered my clients in many ways, it became clear that we were only dealing with the physical aspects of keeping ourselves fit and healthy and ignoring the emotional dimension.
My path lead me to become an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and later an Associate Certified Meta-coach. This type of coaching is about becoming masterful in mind, body & emotion - becoming “the best you” that you can be! It gets to the heart of what really matters to people in order to develop, unleash and actualize their potentials.
This has proven invaluable for individuals who are ready to do whatever it takes to make a change in their life - to readdress the balance in their personal and professional lives and to deepen their learnings, improve their performance and quality of life.
