Leigh is a life and wellness strategist and registered Kinesiologist trained in a variety of techniques. She has been a registered Occupational Therapist for over 10 years and possesses a broad range of experience in both mental and physical rehabilitation, and workplace injury prevention and management. Her unique style will assist you to explore the unconscious blocks that hinder your ability to achieve your goals. What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology uses a muscle test to indicate areas of stress in the body, neurology, mind, emotions and spirit. The muscle test can then be used to indicate what insight or action will assist the reduction of that stress for greater levels of balance.
Kinesiology allows us to access unconscious information about our inner blocks to our health and success. It promotes integration of body and mind by establishing connections between interrelated areas of stress. Its a bit like how the pieces of a puzzle join to make a picture. With the full picture we can then activate our own healing process.
What can it be used for?

You will be eligible for a rebate if you have private health extras coverage (for Occupational Therapy) You may also recieve rebates if your GP refers you on a mental health care plan or extended care plan for chronic conditions.
Wondering how many times you will have to come back?
Leigh's approach is that effective therapy involves reasonable time spent each session with a minimal amount of sessions (1-6). Many clients find kinesiology effective so choose come back every few months as a proactive and preventative wellness approach. Prevention is better than cure! (and often cheaper).
