About Mary Argese

Principal Executive & Personal Coach
Mary’s first qualifications from University were in Science. After becoming involved in the AIDS Campaign as a Counsellor, she returned to University, to attain in 1994 her first Postgraduate degree in Business in Human Resource Management and became qualified in high level training and development of staff. She then ran her own Training Consultancy business, balancing this with then being a Mother with four young girls under six. Her interested turned to having a more personal one-to-one approach, so she returned to University in 2005 to attain a second postgraduate qualification, this being in Coaching, and is now is a highly qualified and widely experienced Coach.
As a Coach, Mary works with Business Owners, Executives, Managers and Staff to be the best that they can be. She supports them to look for the answers within themselves, based on their values. She develops and models trust, honesty and mutual respect in developing communication and working relationships. She focus’s on developing co-operation, working as teams, emotional intelligence and having a clear vision, goals and targets.
Mary works with Clients to develop them so that they take charge of their lives and become empowered to make decisions, to take control, and lead while balancing work, personal life and managing stress.
Organisations benefit from Mary’s coaching by having increased performance and productivity. Organisational success and competitive advantage result due to individuals being more constructive and productive in their behaviours.
In 2007 Mary created and established a weekly television coaching segment called Coaching WA, which showcased a wide range of Coach’s. In 2009 Mary expanded Life Coaching Success to add Coaching Business Success.
