About Lifeflow meditation
Lifeflow Meditation is based on established techniques proven to be beneficial to people of any age and from all walks of life. With Lifeflow Meditation, you can learn to relax quickly and easily, improve your concentration, and cultivate a deep sense of well-being and happiness. Each Come and Try session gives you the opportunity to meet our teachers, find out how and what we teach and also try a couple of the meditations that we will be using in our course. You don't need to book ahead either – just turn up.

Lifeflow® Learn to Meditate course
This Lifeflow course is the starting point for a progressive range of meditation courses offered regularly in Adelaide. We believe everyone can find their ideal meditation, that's why in this basic course, you'll get the chance to test some simple, practical techniques for yourself. Most people find at least one meditation that really works, so we always suggest you stay with that and make it your own. No need to learn everything on offer.
What happens in our Learn to Meditate course?
Learn to Meditate is a practical 7-week course, building on what you learn week by week in a fun and informative environment. Each class of about 15 participants runs for 1¼ hours and is jargon-free. We aim to provide you with some basic meditation theory and practical experience in basic techniques that can help you kick-start your own meditation practice for greater well-being.
Lifeflow techniques focus on body awareness, guided imagery, movement, and working with sound. You'll find these meditations simple to learn and easy to do from the first time you try. As well, we teach basic loosening and stretching exercises to help you relax and feel grounded.
You'll also experience a range of short 'spot meditations' that you can use absolutely anywhere for quick results––at work, at home, even out socializing––especially when you need to lower stress and deal with emotions in a hurry.
Lifeflow Meditation is usually practised sitting in a chair, so you don't have to sit cross-legged on the floor! But just in case you'd like to try something different, cushions and meditation stools are available.
All our courses are led by highly qualified teachers with at least 10 years of intensive meditation practice and a lot of life experience.

Lifeflow® meditation retreats
We're all living in a pretty hasty world these days, and sometimes we need a chance to shift down a gear or two and restore much-needed energies.
A weekend Lifeflow Meditation Retreat is a simple, easy way to take a break from deadlines and busy-ness and give your mind and body a good rest just when you need it most.
Our Tara Hills Retreat Centre is set in the serene rolling hills of Native Valley near Nairne among lovely old gum trees and an abundance of bird life. In this countryside setting you are free to absorb Nature's calm, enjoy good food, and learn simple ways to relax and recharge. (Most people don't want to leave!)
