THE CHIBALL METHODTM
A holistic exercise program that harmonises the body,
balances the mind and calms the spirit.
The ChiBall Method is a unique blend of colour, aromatherapy,
Traditional Chinese Medicine and a synergy of six ancient and
modern movement disciplines, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, ChiBall Dance,
Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and Relaxation.
