Dr Stone may recommend treatments including:
Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine needles at various points along meridians or energy channels which network the body to clear energy blockages and encourage the flow of qi (energy).
Esoteric Acupuncture
Using a combination of Kabbala Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic Medicine various acupuncture patterns are used to raise the level of consciousness and encourage the journey of the soul.
Cupping and spooning
Usually offered as a complement to acupuncture and massage, cupping involves placing cups at various points on the body to draw toxins to the surface of the skin. This encourages the flow of qi to the area, thereby stimulating the immune system to fight disease.
Similarly, spooning involves the use of a Chinese porcelain spoon to stimulate the skin and the underlying tissue and hence the qi of the meridians through the acupoints.
Tui Na
Tui Na is a TCM massage, comes from "tui" meaning "push" and "na" meaning "grasp". Tui Na not only works on the muscles and joints but also at a deeper level. It involves the application of pressure to specific acupoints within the body, which assists in regulating the flow of qi.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NL P)
NLP provides you with more choices in your behaviour and emotions. It enhances communication and relationship skills, and helps develop new abilities in your thinking.
About Dr Faye Stone
Dr Stone has been a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner since 1981. She holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Melbourne University as well as a Diploma of Traditional Chinese Medicine, studied under the noted Professor Wong.
She has studied other Eastern Meditation systems and has been teaching Taoist Meditations since 1990. More recently has qualified in esoteric acupuncture with Dr Mikio Sankey, author of many books.
Dr Stone also has advanced training as a Biofeedback Practitioner with the LIFE System, and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
