In-Person Sessions
When you come to see me we may talk about what it is that you want to work on if you want to, or I can work with you without knowing. It is up to you. This is your process and my role is to support you in what you need.
I use a combination of Kinesiology, Reconnective Healing, counselling, nutrition and essences, though you may request of me to just use one or the other.
Kinesiology communicates with your body by measuring muscle response. When a stress is introduced, such as touching reflex points, recalling a memory, getting you to repeat different statements, etc, the stress is communicated as a change in your muscle response, thus giving me feedback on where the imbalances are. It is a very effective tool for opening communication between your body, mind and spirit, and identifying and clearing blocks preventing you from being at your healthiest and best.
We can often want to be well consciously, but have subconscious sabotage patterns that undermine our healing, thus keeping us in dis-ease. Kinesiology is a fantastic tool for identifying and clearing these sabotages, and actively engaging the subconscious to choose and move toward healing - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This, for me, makes the combination of kinesiology and reconnective healing the most powerful and potent healing combination, and I have often been able to help people who have not been able to get significant relief from other medical and healing approaches.
Reconnective healing is an 'energy healing' technique that connects you to light and information from Source to bring through healing for you on the highest level. Dr Eric Pearl, founder of Reconnective Healing said, "If you are lucky you will get the healing you want, if you are really lucky, you will get the healing Universe intends for you".
What may I be able to assist with?
Being a holistic practitioner, I work with every level of your being - body, mind and spirit, and as such there is very little that kinesiology and Reconnective Healing can't be used for. Some of the things that other clients have seen me for include:

Consultation Fees
Healing sessions are 1 hour and $80, or 1.5hrs and $120
Food Allergy Testing
Using a combination of kinesiology stress testing, and a finger-prick blood test I can help you ascertain any food intolerances that you have.
The blood test detects antibodies in your blood to 54 different foods, and the results are available by the end of the session. I also combine this with kinesiology stress testing by getting you to bring in samples of all the foods you regularly eat and testing them on your body. This way we can pick up intolerances to any foods not included in the blood test.
The Food Detective Blood test kit is $195, and the session fee is $80.

I have been practicing in Cairns since 2007, and prior to that ran a clinic in Sydney. Before settling on Kinesiology and Reconnective Healing as my chosen modalities, I explored other alternative therapies including Naturopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Homeopathy . I chose to practive the way I do because I have repeatedly seen it create the most profound healing experiences for both myself and others. I consider it to be an absolute honour to be able to do this work, and my life is blessed by the stories and journeys I watch my clients take and the transformations they undergo.
