Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a system of healing through conventional health sciences, encouraging the body to heal itself. It focuses on treating the cause of a disease rather than the symptoms themselves and takes a look at the big picture! Critical analysis on each individual body system is taken into consideration along with family history and other lifestyle factors. Naturopathic tools are used such as VEGA testing, iridology, blood test, tongue and nails analysis. Treatment includes nutrition and herbal medicine along with dietary and lifestyle recommendations.

Vega Testing
The VEGA Machine is an electro dermal testing device evaluating the health in patients. VEGA Testing detects: organ dysfunction; pathogens; food allergies; nutrient deficiencies; chemicals; toxicity; genetic predispositions; emotional and structural imbalances.
Iridology
Iridology is the science of analysing the structure, texture and colour of the many thousands of nerve fibres, microscopic blood vessels, lymphatic system, muscles and other tissue which make up the Iris, Sclera and Pupil of the eye. Analysis can determine pathological, structural, functional and emotional disturbances within the body. Iris analysis is a good indication of inflammation, congestion, tissue vitality and reactivity within the body.
Nutrition
Nutrition / food is used for its medicinal purposes to encourage the body to heal and enhance health, wellness and vitality. Everyone requires food, and depending on the type of food, nutritional status and quantities can determine the nutritional and health state of a person. Naturopaths use Nutritional Medicine as part of their treatment plan to ensure fast effective results through giving the body what it requires. Body requirements include carbohydrates, fats, proteins, fibre, vitamins and minerals, antioxidants and water.
Herbal Medicine
Herbs contain high amounts of different chemical constituents which have biological effects within the body. They have been used for many centuries for general symptoms and chronic diseases. The research for herbal medicine in the last 10 years has grown dramatically, proving the positive therapeutic activity of herbal medicine. Herbal medicine should only be consumed under a natural medicine practitioner for safe and effective dosages.
