What happens in a Kinesiology session?
A session of Kinesiology, is known as a ‘balance’, because it does just that, restores your sense of physical, emotional and spiritual balance.
During a balance you can expect- A discussion about the reason for you visit, how it is affecting you and what you wish to achieve
- Gentle muscle testing (performed on a massage table, fully clothed). This allows Lisa to identify areas of stress relating to your goal or issue, and get a complete picture of your total health.
- Removal of stress and blockages from your system, using a combination of Eastern and Western techniques.
- Discussion of the important details of the balance, and what you need to do at home to follow up.

Allergy and Intolerance testing
I first sought Kinesiology for muscle testing food intolerances in response to my digestive issues. My practical mind and skepticism for the holistic approach were proven amiss after Lisa's diagnosis was later attested by medical biopsy results -It is amazing how the body can provide so many natural signals. Incontinence
I went to see Lisa for two reasons. I had recently been suffering from mild incontinence and I was struggling with fear around a social event. Over the years I had counseling for abuse issues and really felt that there was nothing more to say about any of it. With only one session with Lisa the connection between my mind and body was restored. I had deeper understanding without reliving the events. This treatment was non invasive, gentle and whilst enlightening it was not traumatic. Oh and I am now looking forward to the “party” and am no longer concerned about incontinence. Lisa is amazing.
