Acupuncture

Traditional Chinese Medicine has a holistic approach to therapy and treats a wide range of conditions both acute and chronic. Chinese Foot Reflexology

Oriental Massage (Tui Na)
Tui Na uses rhythmic compression along energy channels of the body, as well as a variety of techniques that manipulate & lubricate the joints. Tui Na works on the muscles, bones & joints, and additionally adjusts the energy of the body at the deepest levels. By using heat & suction, cupping increases the flow of energy & blood within the body & internal organs, whilst withdrawing stagnant toxins / lactic acid and fluid build up & activating the lymphatic system. A great treatment for all musculoskeletal problems, deep tissue pains and is an excellent detoxification therapy.
