Remedial Massage - $60\hr
Using various techniques to restore function, improve flexibility, reduce and eliminate pain, and to help with chronic conditions including back and neck pain, sciatica, and overuse injuries.

Deep Tissue Massage - $60\hr
Designed to relieve severe tension, deep tissue massage focuses on targeting the deeper muscles, often using cross-fibre techniques. It is successful in stimulating circulation, releasing adhesions, correcting damaged muscle fibres, moving toxins and muscle congestion, releasing trapped nerves.

Sports Massage & Sports Remedial Treatment - $60\hr
Sports Massage can help with faster recovery times, improved circulation, muscle flexibility, soft tissue injury management and can be utilised before or after the sporting event.

Sports injuries, injury management and rehabilitation with massage, assisted stretching and targeted exercises is a passion of mine. Working with AFL and Indoor Cricket I see a lot of varied injuries. Other sports people I work with include MMA, Boxing, Triathlon, Swimming, Volleyball, Netball, Cycling, Cricket, Rugby League, Soccer, Rugby Union, Sports Shooting.

Assisted Stretching - $60\hr
Assisted stretching is aimed at increasing current range of motion. Individuals cannot always stretch effectively so assisted stretching is beneficial in releasing tension, increasing range of motion, helping speed up injury recovery and assisting in chronic pain from tight muscles.

Aromatherapy Massage - $60\hr
A full body swedish massage used in combination with essential oils. Using softer effluerage strokes, this will leave you with a greater feeling of mental and physical well being while promoting circulation and relieving muscle tension.

Reflexology - $60\hr
Reflexology focuses on reflex points on the feet. These correspond to various points throughout the body making it a 'whole body' treatment. Reflexology reduces tension and stress and promotes increased flow of the circulatory system.

Eyelash & Eyebrow Tinting - $15 each
Tinting is an option for men and women who like the look of mascara enough to make it semi-permanent. The eyelashes and eyebrows are dyed with vegetable dye so that they look darker than their natural shade.

Results last anywhere from four to six weeks. As the lash and brow hairs fall out naturally, you will have to visit a salon for touch-ups if you want to maintain the look.

Tinting can be used to play up the color of the eyes and make them more vivid. Tinting can also flatter hair and skin tones. For those born with eyelashes and eyebrows so light that they are almost disappear, tinting can be an aesthetic solution.
