RELAXATION MASSAGE

DETOXIFICATION MASSAGE
Also known as lymphatic drainage massage which helps with the removal of toxins and excess fluid from the body, making it function more efficiently. This treatment is especially beneficial to those who are dieting or on a detoxification program.
REMEDIAL/THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
The benefits of this type of massage ranges from the relief of chronic tension or pain and increasing flexibility in the joints. It can also aid in rehabilitation of injuries by increasing muscle tone and flexibility. Bowen therapy is sometimes also used in this treatment. This consists of gentle movements over specific areas of certain tendons and muscles in order to help the body heal itself.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is based on the premise that reflex points on the feet, hands and ears represent the organs, limbs, muscles and glands in the body. By working those points with a variety of specialised finger, thumb and knuckle techniques it is believed there will be a direct effect upon the corresponding organ.

Bridal makeup can be done at my premesis or I can come to your home on the day. (Min 3 people). I travel to Hoppers Crossing and surrounding suburbs. (Further travel will incurr a travel fee). I use Krush mineral makeup which is all natural and organic. Unlike many other makeup brands it is so good for your skin you can sleep in it!
It has great staying power which makes it ideal for your special day.
