The therapists practicing at the centre are dedicated to providing a range of integrated services that aim to uplift levels of consciousness. By learning "to be" more conscious of our physical, emotional and spiritual needs individuals ultimately take better care of themselves and others. Wendy Corliss
Is the Director of Living Consciously. Wendy is a qualified and experienced counsellor, hypnotherapist, naturopathic herbalist and yoga therapist. She has over 20 years experience in the field of mental health. She specialises in the treatment of emotional and psychological issues working within an holistic framework. Wendy works with individuals and couples. In addition to working at the centre she is employed as a group therapist and psychotherapist for a leading private psychiatric clinic.
Emerick Kovacs
Is a qualified social worker and counsellor with 20 years experience in a range of clinical settings. Emerick has a wealth if experience in working with individuals, couples, teenagers and families.

yoga therapy
Yoga therapy is different to attending yoga classes. Yoga classes are comprised of general asanas or postures, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation. Living Consciously specialises in working with people who feel tired, stressed, anxious, depressed or living with chronic illness. We offer an unique range of nurturing and healing services that include individual or small group yoga therapy sessions, meditation, counselling, body treatments and detoxification programs.
We are only 700m from beautiful Collaroy Beach where you can enjoy peaceful coastal walks & swimming. If you require overnight accommodation a comfortable hostel is located down the road from the centre while luxurious acccommodation can be found two kilometres away.
