Aromatherapy
Pure essential oils are blended specifically for your needs for each treatment, and used in a unique massage style and footbath. Excellent for stress relief, skin conditions and most health conditions, particularly for health maintenance.
Reflexology
Follows the theory that all of the body's organs and glands are reflected in the feet, and with specific manipulations and massage techniques, will stimulate or treat any part of the body. Great results for stress, and most health conditions, particularly for health maintenance.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A gentle massage style designed to encourage the circulation of the lymphatic system and improve the functioning of the immune system. Best results for swelling, oedema, fluid retention, sprains, strains, bruising and general detoxing.
Pregnancy Massge
Ideal for any stage of pregnancy (or as part of your preconception health), techniques are adapted for your needs to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.
Swedish Relaxation Massage
A flowing medium pressure massage, designed to not only relax your mind, but the superficial muscles as well. Each massage is adapted to your areas of pain and tension, or full body massage for relieving stress and anxiety.
Hot Stone Massage
Using smooth, heated basalt river rocks in the massage will not only reduce stress but provide thermotherapy for your sore muscles as well. Highly recommended for those chilly winter days.
