Counselling
An eclectic form of counselling that gets very quickly to the source of concern and gets you moving again. It looks at emotional blockages, exploring these areas to help achieve a deeper understanding of yourself and uncover old beliefs that hold us back and create limiting behaviour.
Session 1 hour - $60.00
The Journey
Everything that has ever happened to us is stored as a cellular memory. We may not consciously remember every detail but our cells do. Events in our life cause emotional wounds with a belief attached to them. We are programmed to replay these over and over until we can heal the cellular memory and free ourselves from limiting beliefs and old hurts. It is very healing on all levels, physically and emotionally.
Session 2 hours - $120.00
Real Life Coaching
We live our life looking at events through our belief system, a belief system that has been installed in us from our parents, teachers, society, media etc. If this belief system is incorrect it can result in psychological stress leading to depression, anxiety, addiction, illness. Real Life Coaching is a simple philosophy that upgrades old out dated beliefs by focusing on reality and a correct view on life.

About Kerri . . .
I have been passionate about self awareness for the past 20 years and have attended endless workshops on my own personal journey of discovery. During this time I acquired a Diploma in Counselling, became an accredited Journey Practitioner, trained with Brandon Bays, and recently completed the practitioner training in The Reconnection and Reconnective Healing with Dr Eric Pearl. I love watching people transform their lives. These modalities are very effectvie in dealing with depression, anxiety, severe stress, grief and illness
