Remedial Massage is quite a deep massage which relieves tight muscles especially in the legs, lower back, upper back, neck and shoulders. Benefits of massage include relaxation, relieving pain and headaches due to tight muscles, lengthening muscles that are tight or contracted to gain better range of movement and improve general well-being.
Pregnancy Massage I am an experienced midwife and massage therapist. Massage is very safe for pregnant women and it helps relieve a lot of the aches caused by pregnancy thus helping you feel and sleep better. The secret to my wonderful massage is the fantastic massage table I have, with removable sections so that you can lie on your front and the baby is cradled in a padded sling.
Heated Stone Massage Heated Stone massage uses heated volcanic stones on key acupressure sites to relax muscles. This form of massage using the heat from the stones allows your therapist to perform deep tissue manipulation, promoting relaxation and opening up energy pathways throughout the body
Swedish Massage is much lighter and generally assists in providing relaxation where muscles are not found to be tight. This can be included in your Remedial Massage.

Lymphatic Drainage
Is a very therapeutic method of massage that uses very light techniques which stimulate lymph movement. It can help the autonomic nervous system, reduce stress, improve sleep patterns, increase resistance to cold and flu and increase energy levels. It is also beneficial for lymphoedema, lipedema, oedema, swelling, chronic fatigue and detoxing.
