    • Ostealign Therapy -gentle on your spine is non-invasive, non-manipulative, and painless. This technique is having major success with Back Pain, Arthritis, Scoliosis, Whiplash and much more. Ostealign is a purely physiological reaction that occurs within your body, as the result of touching neurologically sensitive areas. Your muscles then react to create the correct alignment as determined by your own internal system.

Working together to help find solutions. You will be treated with respect, listened to and taken seriously in a confidential and non-judgemental manner and respecting each individual is a unique person.

      • Tui Na, Remedial massage and Acupressure therapy, uses pressure of fingers, palms or elbow. It is beneficial for muscular pain, stress, headaches, digestive problems and general health maintenance.

Good health depends on a smooth flow of energy which requires mental, spiritual and physical balance. Illness is believed to begin when the energy flow is first disrupted, and can be affected by stress, shock and emotional factors. Looking after yourself, involves every aspect of life, such as: food, drink, work, exercise, relaxation, rest, sleep and play.

“You need to be able to control the stress you are experiencing instead of being controlled by it.”
