About Me
My purpose is to be of service to people who want to regain their health, energy and wellbeing.
Through Energy Healing/Reiki Sessions, Current Life Regression, Inner Child Healing, Past Life Regression, Group Healing Work and Hypnotherapy I can assist you in releasing blocked energy that might be holding you back and affecting you physically, emotionally mentally or spiritually.
From my therapy experience I consistently see people with emotions stuck in different parts of their bodies causing problems. My role is to bring healing energy and consciousness to each session and my clients role is to be willing to go through the healing journey which can involve looking and reflecting on issues that may come up. Sometimes this can be painful emotionally or physically.

Energy Healing / Reiki
Energy Healing is a powerful form of hands on healing. Depending on your condition any of the following may be used - muscle manipulation, massage, clearing blocked energy from meridians, chakra balancing, harmonics, relaxation, meditation, emotional release, breath work.
Can be effective for many issues: Pain, stiffness, stress, anxiety, trauma, unexplained physical pain, blocked energy, numbness
Energy Healing: 1.5 - 2 hours, $150 per session.
Depending on the issue/s at hand 1 to 4 sessions may be advised.
Current Life and Inner Child Healing
This usually involves regression work, revisiting earlier memories and experiences and gaining new perspectives and insights which then influence our behaviour in a positive way.
Regression Therapy: 2 hours , $150 per session

Are you interested in discovering some of your past lives?
You can visit one or more of your past lives to find out about your souls journey.
You will be guided to a life that your higher self selects for you. The session is purely for exploration. We will explore this life fully. If time permits we will also visit other lives of interest.

Past Life Regression (PLR) Therapy
PLR Therapy involves going back to past lives to retrieve memories, patterns and events that may still be negatively influencing your life today. The knowledge gained can help bring transformative insights and help overcome fears, phobias and negative patterns of behaviour. it can also resolve relationship issues.
Past Life Regression Therapy: 2 hour session $150
Hypnosis
Hypnosis uses your own ability to access the subconscious mind to safely bring about changes you require in your life.
Effective for many ailments including: Sleep problems, exam anxiety, phobias, fear of flying, confidence, creativity, sports performance, pre-operative work, addictions, self confidence and many more.
Hypnotherapy 1-2 hours. $90 per hour. please note the first session takes 90 minutes, a course of 3 sessions is usually advised and any further sessions are one hour.
