Lyndel has been a a fully accredited therapist and service provider for Blue Mountains area for over eight years. She offers a safe, private and comfortable atmosphere with guaranteed confidentiality.
Services are Available 5 days a week, evenings and Saturdays by appointment and Mobile services are available within area for those confined to home. Lyndel offers very competitive rates and EFTPOS facilities are available.

About Lyndel
Traditionally trained by Dorothy Hall, I have been practising Herbal medicine, Nutrition, Iridology and Massage for 8 years now. I also studied my anatomy and physiology and associate sciences at Naturcare in North Sydney. That's where I gained my Cert IV in remedial massage. During the week I work 3 afternoons at Tresilian (at Nepean Hospital) where I massage the mums. I have the most grateful clients there! (tho most of them fall asleep on me!)
I have been massaging for 8 years. I do everything from therapeudic to sports and remedial to deeply relaxing and healing massages. If you are pregnant come and look after yourself and have those tired and achy muscles relieved. I have recently begun Oncology Massage and constantly marvel at the benefits of massage.

I truly believe that the human body is an amazing creation. It's capacity for self healing and regeneration are astounding, we just need to know what ingredients and care to give it to place it in that healing state.
My role at Inner Harmony is to help you discover these things and maintain that healing. I can help you with Iridology discover to your strengths and weaknesses. I can help you rediscover and learn more about eating a healthy and nourishing diet, what sort of exercise is best for you and how to fit it into your busy lifestyle. A lot of the time we know what is best for ourselves, we just need that confirmation and encouragement that we are on the right path. I can provide that for you, as well as introducing you to some new ideas and healthy suggestions.
I believe that you have to make it easy and attainable or it won't happen. That's why I will help you work with suggestions in your already existing lifestyle. I'll help you discover ways of implementing a healthy lifestyle and who wouldn't benefit from that!
I am also a trained counsellor and so am happy for you to tell me about anything is troubling you. I can help you find ways of solving your problems and living a happier more satisfying life. I am trained in NLP so we can work towards making those changes stick! If motivation and encouragement is what you need I can help you there. If you need a listening ear or someone to help you sort thru your baggage I can help you there too.
