Our Latest Techniques
Medical Needling or Percutaneous Induction
Medical needling is one of our invasive treatments in which we can rejuvenate, lift, tighten and thicken the skin, particularly the face and neck, however we also treat scars, stretch marks and lax skin very successfully on different parts of your body. It must be performed by a qualified dermal therapist or a registered nurse. The treatment frequency is weekly to every three weekly and the more treatments that you undertake the better the improvement in the skin’s appearance, lines and wrinkles, firmness and thickness. We like to recommend a series of 6, however it is important that we diagnose your skin prior to treatment to ensure that you are a suitable candidate for this amazing treatment. We have also seen significant improvements in our clients results in their pigmentation, overall complexion and colour of their skin. It is suitable for all skin types and ages
Platelet Rich Plasma Injections
Platelet rich plasma injections has been around in medicine for the last 10-12 years. It is using your own blood or should I say the plasma component of your own blood and re-injecting this into area on your face, neck and body where your skin has lost it’s elasticity or support structures. Because of plasma’s healing abilities once it is re-injected under the skin in a concentrated form it’s unique properties improve healing at the site and create a change that can be seen in as little as 3 weeks, with full maturation of the collagen not until 3 months. It is an excellent treatment for the lax skin over hooded eyes, dynamic lines around the face, mouth, forehead and structural support around the neck and because we are using your own blood it is safe with no side effects. We recommend 2-3 treatments in the one area to get a full effect and annual top ups. As this is a medical procedure you will need to be seen by our GP Dr Eiselen prior to your treatment. Treatments can only be performed by a registered nurse or GP. Which is Marian’s domain.
