Alex Specialises in Massage for Men & Women who suffer from nagging or chronic pain. He combines Trigger point & deep tissue Sports Massage with a technique that is completely unique. His treatments are ideal for stress, sports injuries, rehabilitation from surgery or just plain relaxation. Over the past 12 years Alex has helped many people overcome chronic pain using a combination of his massage and stretching to correct muscle imbalances.

Adam is a fully qualified Massage Therapist, having obtained a Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies. He specializes in a unique form of massage, incorporation a mixture of Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue Remedial. Adam has helped many people overcome a wide range of chronic and acute symptoms through his thorough diagnosis and treatment plans.
Adam is a registered member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society, (ATMS), and Marsh Insurance. Health Fund rebates are available with all major health funds.
Peter Strinich
Qualifications: Bachelor Chiropractic Science (Macquarie University), Master of Chiropractic (Macquarie University). Awarded the Chiropractic Education Australia Award for ranking first in 5th year clinical placement.
Experience: Worked extensively in Sydney and overseas as an associate chiropractor. Wide range of patients from children to pensioners.
Conditions treated: All work, sports and lifestyle related injuries to musculoskeletal health.
Examples include: Adults & Pensioners: Neck pain, low back pain, disc injuries, stiffness/spasm, numbness/tingling spondylosis, ankle/knee/hip, shoulder/elbow/wrist.
Adolescent & Children: Postural syndromes, sports injuries, parental education/advice.

Edgar Arango
Qualifications: Associate Diploma In Health Science and Massage Therapy (TAFE), Bachelor of Chiropractic Science (Macquarie University), Masters in Chiropractic (Macquarie University).
Experience: Edgar has successfully worked in his own practise while also working with other Chiropractors in the East Sydney region. Edgar was also the NSW Clinical Support Specialist for medical device company Lifehealthcare. This role involved working closely with leading Neurosurgeons, Orthopaedic surgeons, Nursing staff and Hospital Physiotherapy staff in the instruction, guidance and use of medical devices both in and out of the operating theatre. Conditions treated: All work, sports and lifestyle related injuries to musculoskeletal health.
Examples include: Adults & Pensioners: Neck pain, low back pain, disc injuries, stiffness/spasm, numbness/tingling spondylosis, ankle/knee/hip, shoulder/elbow/wrist.

Interests: Keen interest in the approach of conservative care versus surgical care when dealing with back pain and lumbar degeneration type conditions. Also a keen interest in Chiropractic and rehabilitation strategies of back, neck and shoulder pain.
Barbora Bocova
am passionate about exercise and nutrition and love to participate in sports. My main interests being in volleyball and tennis. I also enjoy regular jogging and swimming.
My goals in massage are not complicated. They are to ensure that when a client comes for a treatment they get a competent and professional service and leave feeling relaxed and invigorated.
Qualifications: Diploma of Remedial Massage and Sport at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies (ACNT),
At ACNT I developed a flair for massage treatments and developed core skills in- Swedish massage.
