Hi, I am Margie Haertel and I am here to give holistic treatments in a calm and peaceful environment. Sights and sounds will sooth the senses. Swedish massage will induce you into a state of pure relaxation and Remedial massage will help to restore normal muscle function and help your body back to a balanced resting state.

Remedial Massage:
Trigger point therapy releases triggerpoints that are hard palpable tissue found within a muscle.
Acupressure applies pressure to a point that is located on the meridan lines.
Muscle energy techniques are stretches that are passive and active muscle releases that lengthen and tone the muscle. The combination of these treatments helps to restore normal muscle function and return the body back to a balanced resting state.
Swedish/Hawaiian Relaxing Massage:
A combination of Swedish and Hawaiian massage techniques relax tight and tense muscles, allows blood to flow more freely increasing oxygen and nutrient supply to the cells, eliminates toxins and soothes the nervous system. This massage nourishes a persons physical and emotional state and restores normal balance.
Reiki:
Universal life energy. Placing of the hands on the body allow universal energy to be channeled. It is a gentle and peaceful theapy that induces a deep calmness that allows the body to heal on many different levels.

- Half Hour Massage - $30
- One hour Swedish/Remedial - $50
- One hour Reiki - $45
- One and a half hour Swedish/Hawaiian
- Relaxing Full Body Massage - $75
