To all our valued customer's, past and present and future!
I started out making massage tables in my humble shed around 25 years ago, at Palm Beach in Sydney, Australia. Since then I have seen a huge amount of change in the massage & natural therapy industry, both in Australia and around the world, and a huge change in the quality and standards of products. The industry has, and is moving forward in leaps and bounds. With that progress comes change, some good and some not so good. Some companies are importing low quality, low priced products from Asia and selling with no customer satisfaction guarantees. So we urge you to be careful when choosing your massage equipment. We do not sell poor quality products and we offer a lifetime structural warranty on most tables. We urge you to shop around and compare, confident that once you consider both quality and price, you’ll purchase a Firm-n-Fold table.

All our production and office staff receive a weekly massage as part of the work ethic at Firm-n-Fold. My staff really looks forward to the end of the week, so they can have a massage! We truly value, and try to look after our staff and in turn they really try to look after our customer's.
