He has a sports and biology background so has an insider’s understanding of minor sport injuries and training related tenderness and tension. Stephen will tailor the treatment to your specific requirements (from gentle and relaxing, to deep work for those stubborn problems). He is also particularly skilled at treating, work and/or stress-related tight necks, shoulders and lower backs.
For tight necks, tension-related headaches and some migraines he uses the gentle technique of Positional Release (a variation of Myofascial Release).

Stephen’s clients come from all walks of life and range from 14 year old gymnasts, dancers, and swimmers through to HSC and Uni students, pregnant and new moms, Tri-athletes, Iron men & women and Professional Tennis players. His oldest client is a businessman of 84, smallest 40kg, largest 150kg. He treats three generations of some extended families
Some clients want to be treated for their ‘aches and pains’ some just need relief from, jet lag, their daily stress or headaches and migraines, so they can get a good nights sleep.

$90 for the first hour ( + $10 travelling and setup), then $80/hr prorated.
More than two hours and the travelling and setup fee is waved.

Couples and groups of friends often book multiple hours, which can be split between individuals, depending on their requirements (ie.3 hours, split 1.5+1+1/2 for Mom, Dad, student )
Stephen also has access to a Clinic Room in MOSMAN that he rents according to demand. He is restricted by the minimum booking period of 2 hours. I found Stephen professional and he knew exactly where the knots were without me having to tell him. He's respectful of client's privacy, his touch is firm and I felt entirely comfortable during the massages. I sometimes even fall asleep and leave feeling totally relaxed. He's fixed my headaches and worked on me after a shoulder injury for several months. He got mobility back into shoulder using a variety of innovative techniques. I've had many massages from different therapists in various countries and I'd rate Stephen as one of the best ever (the other was in Paris).
I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
