HOT STONE MASSAGE
Heated Basalt stones are gently placed under various areas of the body to increase circulation through heat and relaxation of the mind/emotions. The layout of the stones is customised to each individual clients needs. Warm oil is then introduced as the therapist holds heated stones in their hands and applies gentle massage and pressure according to client suitability. As each area has been heated by the stones, massage through touch of hands continues the flow of energy throughout the whole system to finish the whole experience.
This experience is pure indulgence for the client.
CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystals have the power to transform our mind, body, soul and spiritual awareness through our connection with Mother Earth. Each beautiful crystal embodies its own divine energy that amplifies light throughout our body systems, assisting in healing process. Crystals have an innate ability to transcend through any stuck, blocked or negative energies to increase flow of energy back into our bodies. Each crystal layout is customized to the individual desire of the client’s needs.
Crystals will come into our lives to assist with any of our desires. We are drawn to specific crystals at times in our lives for the healing and guidance they offer to bring ourselves back into a state of balance and harmony within.
REIKI
Reiki is a hands on healing whereby the practitioner connect with universal life force energy that channels through the practitioner to the client. Clearing any blocks in physical, emotional, mind and spiritual aspects of ourselves. Reiki connects through our own vibration of energy within our auric and chakra system and also our physical levels leaving the client feeling lighter and more consciously aware of their inner self.
Reiki can be done as a distant healing too. Reiki allows clearing through any self limiting beliefs, physical ailments, spiritual blocks and emotional patterns of behaviour through releasing the block in flow of energy, clearing our energy system and auric field and strengthening our spiritual connection.
CHAKRA BALANCING HEALING
(ENERGY HEALING/SPIRITUAL HEALING)
Chakras are spinning wheels that emit a vibration of energy in a cone shaped vortex. We have 7 main chakras that are in alignment with our spin. Chakra energy connects the mind (thoughts and feelings) that travel through our spinal cord to emit energy within that chakra that connect with organs, glands, and body systems. Each chakra emits its own frequency of energy and colour that relate to different aspects and layers of ourselves. The lower chakras relate to thoughts and feelings through our journey in life and how we feel we sit in life. The higher chakras relate to our spiritual journey and connection to source. Each chakra holds and stores all information and memories of life.
Chakras pick up energy from any objects that vibrates the same frequency, people, electromagnetic appliances, flowers, animals, etc. Clearing, cleaning and increasing vitality through flow of energy to the chakras enables balance and harmony within the self. If one chakra is blocked then energy cannot pass through the above chakras and the surrounding organs, glands and body parts are also greatly affected.

Flowers are a creation of Mother Earth and vibrate their own energy. Flower energy resonates with our energy systems and thought process, enabling healing and transformation on a conscious and unconsciously level to create new healthy neural pathways of thought. Flower essence treatment is about the interrelationship of the mind and body and how to address the cause of a problem/stressor, rather than just superficial layers. Counselling offers the client the opportunity to speak in a safe and trustworthy environment whereby the can disclosure to someone outside their family/friend or workplace setting to speak freely of stressors in their life.
Counselling enables the client to learn strategies and receive treatment plans to work through areas in their lives that are not as equally balanced as others areas. An environment that is friendly, helpful and offers guidance and support through trying times.
We can all at times find ourselves feeling like we need someone outside our normal circle of friends to speak too, that can help teach us new skills for coping with challenges in our lives. And simply having someone confidential to offload all those feelings that spiral through your thoughts that can inhibit living a fulfilling life.
