Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage is a firm pressure massage which helps with muscular pain, restricted range of movement and soft tissue problems and general wellbeing. It can be incorporated with Sports massage and Skeletal Mobilisation techniques or Trigger point therapy to release deep tension within the body, relieving injuries, muscular aches and pains. .
Theraputic / Relaxation Massage.
Therapeutic massage is a nurturing hands-on full body massage of medium pressure treatment and relieves stress and tension. Therapeutic massage improves your circulation improves muscle tone and promotes total mind and body relaxation.
Pregnancy massage
Pregnancy massage is a gentle massage to relieving the muscle cramps, spasms calms the nervous system, peripheral swelling, helps to prevent insomnia and pain often encountered in the lower back, neck, hips and legs during pregnancy. It is a side-lying body positioning with body pillows for extra comfort.
