INDIVIDUALISED YOGA THERAPY PROGRAMS - Yoga is a profound spiritual practice and healing science which deeply nourishes health and well-being on every level. A yoga practitioner since the age of 12, Belle has completed a 500 hour Certificate 1 Yoga Teacher Training recognised by Yoga Alliance and is currently completing a 500 hour Certificate 2 course and studies in Anusara Yoga. She is undertaking postgraduate studies in Yoga Therapy through Yoga Therapy Australia. She offers individualised hatha yoga programs including relaxation, breath-work and postures either separately or as part of a wholistic healthcare program.

HEMAVIEW LIVE BLOOD ASSESSMENT AND GENERAL HEALTH: Belle offers health care support for all members of the family managing conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, allergies, fatigue syndromes, sleep disorders and digestive issues including irritable bowel . She utilises live blood assessment to inform her health treatment approaches. In live blood assessment (Hemaview) a drop of blood is examined under dark field microscopy for evidence of health parameters such as nutritional deficiencies, liver toxicity, gut toxicity, inflammation, dehydration and immune dysfunction.
