What Is Herbal Medicine?
It is one of the oldest forms of medicine, which uses the phytochemical properties of plants to support the healing process and restore the body back to homeostasis.
Your body has the ability to heal itself and herbal medicine supports your body to do so through assisting digestion, elimination and improving the process of detoxification.
We also have herbal medicine to balance hormones as well as restore adrenal energy, giving you more "vitality and zest for life".
The emphasis of herbal medicine is to strengthen the body’s defence systems. Herbal medicine comes in many forms including liquids, tablets, teas, powders and creams.
