Naturopathy
Naturopathy encourages the body’s own healing potential to address mental, emotional and physical imbalance.
Treating the cause of ill health is central to naturopathic philosophy, and there is emphasis on disease prevention.
Gentle, non-invasive therapies are used such as herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, diet and lifestyle advice, flower essences, physical examinations of the tongue and nails, and iridology.
