About me & my philosophy.....
I have been in practice for 12 years and you can be assured you will get the best possible outcome from your treatment session with me. I provide a gentle hands-on approach to a treatment, with down-to-earth discussion and advice on the treatment, lifestyle and preventative care.
I support my clients with lifestyle advice such as work ergonomics, correct posture, exercise, nutrition and other modalities of complimentary health care to assist those who want to take more responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.
I have attained diplomas in Reflexology and Remedial Massage, with further studies in Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Maternity Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Intuitive Body Work, Flower Essences and other forms of healing and wellbeing. I am a registered member of the ATMS and Reflexology Association of Australia.
I believe that the body can heal itself; when given the assistance to relax and release what is blocking itsʼ natural healing ability, whether it be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. This belief and passion flows through to my healing work. My intention is to inspire and motivate my clients to achieve optimal health and wellbeing; as I believe that our purpose is to live a healthy, balanced and fulfilled life.
I use various techniques to facilitate healing of the body, mind and spirit. These techniques have been used by healers for centuries. I provide a safe and caring environment, so whether you are looking for relief from pain, stress, injury or just relaxation you can be assured of a nurturing experience.
