Studio Classes
Studio sessions are run in small groups of 1-3 per one hour per instructor using all the traditional equipment. Studio sessions are by appointment and an initial consultation must be taken before commencing regular sessions. We provide thorough and professional instruction focusing on the specific needs of the individual so you can get the very best out of your Pilates workout.
Pilates is a low impact workout suitable for any level. It will tone the body and improve flexibility. The focus is on strengthening the core postural muscles which relieves general aches and pains impacted by incorrect posture and strain patterns.

Mat Classes
The exercises are set in a flowing sequence to give you an all over general body workout that's dynamic and fun.
Mat classes are for the absolute beginner to the experienced, however we strongly recommend studio sessions for those with injuries or that are pregnant. If you are unsure of your level or whether mat classes are suitable for you then we can arrange a private session to assess your needs.
