Welcome to Food Therapy
Our diet is responsible for so much in our day-to-day life, but it is one thing we do not spend enough time focusing on.
Food Therapy is passionate about guiding people to good health through making good choices with food, and offers expert advice in weight management, child behavioural disorder, food allergies and general health and wellbeing. Our aim is to provide you with realistic and sustainable nutrition solutions to help you achieve your health goals.
Food Therapy is not about going on a diet, but improving clients’ diets by allowing them to eat tasty and easy to prepare foods that everyone will enjoy and can be purchased from the local supermarket.
This is all about still having a life, without giving up all the good stuff.

Testimonials
“Michelle has been working with me to control hormone imbalances through a better diet, exercise and nutritional supplements. Her advice has been invaluable and her nutritional knowledge is second-to-none.”
Johanna Baker-Dowdell, Wamberal NSW
“I saw Michelle just to get some advice about healthy eating. Her advice was practical and I appreciated that I didn’t need to make major changes or give up the food I love. With her guidance and the detailed information she gave I was able to balance my diet and I feel great and have more energy.”
Allison, Avoca Beach
“My son Sebastian has suffered from severe eczema since he was 10 weeks old. He has multiple food allergies and food intolerances. Before working with Michelle we had tried many different avenues achieving little success. It wasn’t until we started working with Michelle that we identified the root cause of his eczema and could really start working on healing his body. To be honest, working with Michelle has really changed our lives! Sebastian is happier and healthier than he has ever been.“
